All prices are f.o.b., GrailCoat Factory, Memphis TN. Freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. All freight is pre-paid and added at time of order.

Return Policy

• All returns must be authorized (in writing) by the GrailCoat office.
• The customer is responsible for freight for returns.
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
• No credit will be allowed for open containers or partial units.
